Este estudio de factibilidad de una empresa Comercializadora de Productos Naturistas en Fusagasugá, incluye la identificación y caracterización del negocio; el tamaño y la capacidad del proyecto definen el volumen de comercialización durante un tiempo proyectado, así como el máximo de unidades a comprar para tener un stock suficiente en el inventario de acuerdo a la demanda y la infraestructura física disponible. Así mismo, se pretende realizar consideraciones de carácter legal y estructura organizacional de acuerdo a las necesidades de administración y funcionalidad. Finalmente, se revisan los aspectos financieros y se determinan la inversión inicial, los ingresos, costos y gastos necesarios que permitan reflejar un flujo de caja rentable y el punto de equilibrio del negocio, además se identifica y analiza el impacto económico, social y ambiental del proyecto.The marketing sector can be classified as a highly selective and highly competitive system while linking a large percentage of Talent basically the following profiles: managers, salespeople, marketers, impellers, among others.
