El presente Proyecto de Investigación se realizó, para optar el título en psicología; y está articulado al Curso de Profundización “Desarrollo Humano y Familia,” de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia - UNAD, Escuela de Ciencias Sociales, Artes y Humanidades en el programa de Psicología, con el propósito de aplicar los conocimientos, destrezas y habilidades adquiridas durante el transcurso de la preparación universitaria, en el currículo de la carrera profesional de psicología. La metodología de trabajo de investigación se construyó con ayuda de herramientas cualitativas diagnósticas, primero el Metaplán, una herramienta con enfoque metodológico social participativo, que involucró a todos los miembros de la familia y mediante el cual se detectaron falencias y posibles aspectos a solucionar dentro del sistema familiar. Asimismo se trabajó como segunda herramienta de diagnóstico situacional, la observación participante, la tercera herramienta implementada como equipo de investigación de la UNAD, fue la entrevista semi- estructurada, por último se construyó la encuesta y la socialización de resultados con la familia, elementos que permitieron detectar las necesidades de la familia objeto de la investigación, logrando dar bases para construir el componente de intervención psicosocial. Este estudio se realizó con una familia nuclear, residente en el Barrio El Diamante – Distrito de Aguablanca de la ciudad de Cali, compuesta por padre, madre y tres hijos. El objetivo como investigadores en formación fue describir la dinámica familiar nuclear y la falta de reconocimiento de autoridad al interior de la familia. |

The research methodology was built with the help of tools qualitative diagnostic, first the Metaplan, a tool with social methodological approach participatory, that involved all members of the family and through which were detected shortcomings and possible aspects to solve within the family system. Also worked as second tool of situational analysis, participant observation, the third tool implemented as the UNAD research team, was the interview semi- structured, finally built the survey and results with the family socialization, elements allowing to detect the needs of the family under investigation, failing to give bases to build the component of psychosocial intervention. This study was conducted with a nuclear family resident in the diamond district - district from Aguablanca in Cali city, consisting of father, mother and three children.
