La Institución Educativa Manuela Beltrán del Municipio de Soacha no es ajena a esta situación y tiene fama en el municipio por estas características, hecho que amerita pensarlas como objeto de investigación. Estas particulares características son: • Hacinamiento, consistente en que la población de estudiantes excede la capacidad del área de construcción de la planta física de manera especial en los sitios lúdicos (patio descanso). • Indisciplina, expresada en uso de elementos ajenos al desarrollo de las actividades pedagógicas por parte de los estudiantes tales como celulares, mp3, planchas para el cabello, etc. La presencia constante de los estudiantes por fuera del aula, disputas verbales entre los estudiantes que culminaban en agresiones físicas a la salida del colegio a pesar de la presencia de la estación de policía frente del colegio. • Consumo y expendio de substancias alucinógenas por parte de los estudiantes en los baños de la institución, etc. • Mal ambiente laboral generado por conflictos entre los maestros.Indiscipline and conflicts are two constituent elements of everyday life public schools in the country, facts that preclude normal operation n prevents the development of educational activities and affect institutional educational quality. The Educational Institution of Manuela Beltrán Soacha is no stranger to this situation and has a reputation in the town for these features , a fact that deserves thinking them as research subjects . These special features are: • Overcrowding , consisting of the population of students exceeds the capacity of the construction area of the physical plant especially in recreational sites ( break patio) . • Indiscipline expressed in use of foreign elements in the development of educational activities for the students such as cellular , mp3 , hair irons , etc. .
