Los niños migrantes venezolanos, debido a su condición de menores de edad y migrantes forzados, se encuentran expuestos a una doble vulnerabilidad que afecta profundamente sus derechos. Esta situación no solo es una consecuencia de las tensiones sociales y políticas derivadas de la crisis en Venezuela, sino que también revela las fallas estructurales en la atención y protección que debería ofrecer un sistema legal y social. |
