También desarrollar en extensión el derecho de daños, una de las áreas menos atendidas y que merece mayor atención en nuestra tradición jurídica, contribución en el sentido de creer que es necesario aunar esfuerzos en el sentido de enriquecer propuestas, independientemente de las opiniones puntuales que se pueda tener sobre el tema.
