It examines international experiences and the role of the Court as the guarantor of the supremacy of the Constitution. In addition, it considers the Prometea prototype, implemented several years ago for the selection of tutela cases, as a practical example of AI application in the Colombian judicial system. The article concludes that AI should not replace judges but rather complement them, always within clear regulatory frameworks that prevent risks of bias, opacity, and digital exclusion (Susskind, 2019; Superior Council of the Judiciary, 2022).PDFhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/co/Atribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 2.5 Colombiainfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_16ecInteligencia artificial, Corte Constitucional, justicia digital, ética judicial, acceso a la justicia, Prometea.Artificial intelligence, Constitutional Court, digital justice, judicial ethics, access to justice, Prometea.Inteligencia artificial--- Aspectos JúridicosLa implementacion artificial y su implementacion en la corte constitucional de ColombiaArtificial implementation and its implementation in the Constitutional Court of ColombiaTesis de Pregradohttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1finfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisAletras, N., Tsarapatsanis, D., Preoţiuc-Pietro, D., & Lampos, V.
