description	El presente artículo examina la influencia de la teoría de la justicia de John Rawls en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional colombiana sentencias de tutela donde le citan. Se plantea que la Corte, al interpretar y aplicar la Constitución, adopta principios rawlsianos que promueven la dignidad humana y la equidad social, en consonancia con el principio pro homine. A través de una metodología teórico-hermenéutica, se revisan casos específicos donde se cita a Rawls, analizando cómo sus conceptos han sido utilizados para fundamentar decisiones judiciales que buscan garantizar derechos fundamentales en un Estado Social de Derecho. Este estudio resalta la relevancia de la teoría de Rawls como un marco normativo que orienta la protección de los derechos humanos en Colombia, contribuyendo a la construcción de una sociedad más justa y equitativa.

Using a theoretical-hermeneutic methodology, we review specific cases where Rawls is cited, analyzing how his concepts have been used to support judicial decisions seeking to guarantee fundamental rights in a social state governed by the rule of law.
