description Con este proyecto se pretende realizar un análisis jurídico – social que permita verificar, si nuestros administradores de justicia fundamentan sus decisiones con las propuestas tecnológicas y científicas actuales o quedan subordinados a una teoría que estipula únicamente una verdad lata, que deja inconclusa una situación correspondiente al estado civil de las personas, lo que se pretende lograr mediante la utilización de técnicas como entrevistas, encuestas, talleres didácticos, e investigaciones normativas y análisis jurisprudencial y doctrinal concerniente a la propuesta investigativa, y con el fin de obtener un aporte jurídico significativo y de aplicación para casos relacionados en nuestra sociedad, y que sea visible en las ratio decidendi de las sentencias de nuestros tribunales.
