La investigación examina los mecanismos de apoyo implementados por la Universidad Libre para mejorar las tasas de retención y graduación de los estudiantes de Administración de Empresas entre 2019 y 2024. Se exploran factores que influyen en la permanencia estudiantil, tales como las condiciones socioeconómicas, el acceso a recursos, los desafíos académicos y el apoyo institucional. El estudio destaca el impacto de la pandemia de COVID-19, que interrumpió la continuidad académica y provocó una disminución en las tasas de inscripción y graduación. A través de encuestas y análisis de datos, se identificó que muchos estudiantes enfrentaron dificultades financieras, tecnológicas y personales; sin embargo, los programas institucionales, como las tutorías y la ayuda socioeconómica, jugaron un papel crucial para mitigar estos problemas. No obstante, persisten brechas en la difusión y accesibilidad de dichos programas, lo que señala la necesidad de mejorar la comunicación y las intervenciones específicas. Los hallazgos subrayan la importancia de la evaluación continua y la adaptación de las estrategias institucionales para atender eficazmente las necesidades de los estudiantes y promover resultados educativos equitativos. |
