La innovación propuesta incluye la integración de herramientas tecnológicas que mejorarán la precisión y reducirán errores en las operaciones financieras del taller. Este proyecto no solo beneficiará a Talleres Lugal, sino que también puede ser replicado en otros talleres mecánicos. Al adoptar este manual, Talleres Lugal fortalecerá su competitividad, asegurando un manejo financiero más ágil y conforme con la legislación vigente, y posicionándose como un ejemplo de buenas prácticas en la industria automotriz local. |
