There are two basic conditions for teachers, the firstcondition states that the child should be accepted as a validinterlocutor andas the centre of the educational job. Toe secondone says that a reflexive practice should be assumed on thepermanent construction of a non-homogenizing or violentschool.Este trabajo expone un proyecto comunitario deinnovación educativa para la integración al sistema escolar deniños y adolescentes en el contexto de desplazamiento social.El proyecto consiste en afianzar la multiculturalidad en la Escuela,para que este espacio de convivencia diaria se convierta enuna comunidad de apoyo y en un factor de reconstrucción deltejido social. Se plantean dos condiciones básicas para la formaciónde maestros: la primera, que el niño sea asumido comointerlocutor válido y centro del trabajo pedagógico; la segunda,que se asuma una práctica reflexiva sobre la construcción permanentede una Escuela no homogeneizante y no violenta.Made available in DSpace on 2021-08-02T16:32:40Z (GMT).
