Asimismo, hace parte de la Escuela Internacional de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas Grupo de Investigación "Cambio e Innovación Tecnológica" la cual, se basó en el modelo de cultura organizacional de Denison, que sustenta las interrelaciones que existen entre la cultura, los comportamientos, el desempeño y la efectividad de las organizaciones.
