Clinical Rehabilitation. 2013;27(7):599-607.http://hdl.handle.net/10818/30755265017TE0910725 Páginas.Objetivo: Identificar el enfoque de intervención fisioterapéutico con mayor evidencia científica para niños con parálisis cerebral. Metodología: Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, y ProQuest en una ventana de observación de 2010 al 2016. Resultados: 35 publicaciones seleccionadas sobre enfoques de intervención fisioterapéutico en niños con parálisis cerebral, por medio de una búsqueda sistemática de artículos en bases de datos electrónicas. Las publicaciones que cumplieron criterios de selección se evaluaron con la escala de Lobiondo para determinar el nivel de evidencia, se tuvieron en cuenta los de nivel (I n:12) y nivel (II n: 46) posteriormente, los ensayos clínicos aleatorizados (E.C.A) nivel II se clasificaron según su calidad metodológica utilizando la escala de PEDro y (n: 23) fueron seleccionados. Finalmente se obtuvo una muestra final de (n:20) publicaciones. Conclusiones: Se determinó que el enfoque con mayor evidencia científica es la terapia de movimiento inducido por restricción (TMIR), presentando publicaciones con nivel de evidencia I y II, concluyendo que en general es una intervención eficaz para mejorar la función del miembro superior afectado en niños con parálisis cerebral.
