To achieve the proposed objective, three specific objectives were established: (1) to design a culture medium for the production of a multistrain bacteria, (2) to encapsulate the multistrain bacteria, and (3) to evaluate the viability of the encapsulated multistrain probiotic under gastrointestinal conditions in an in vitro digestion model for tilapia.El objetivo de esta tesis fue diseñar un probiótico encapsulado tipo consorcio previamente aislado de un medio de exclusión competitiva de la microbiota intestinal de tilapia nilótica (Oreochromis niloticus).
