Dentro de su contenido se observa un estudio del entorno, identificando las oportunidades y amenazas que influyen directamente con el desarrollo de cada canal plan. Como resultado encontramos que gracias a la experiencia del negocio se encuentra viabilidad para crear un canal de venta corporativo y un canal de venta on-line. El objetivo general del proyecto es: Crear canales de distribución asertivos para el posicionamiento de la marca mediante la Amplitud, Profundidad y Consistencia en el mercado.
