Con base en una investigación cualitativa de tipo acción participativa que reúne la aplicación del invento Maslach, entrevista telefónica, entrevista semiestructurada y el trabajo con un grupo focal de 10 personas se identifico dentro del grupo que el estrés, la motivación, la comunicación y la bioseguridad son los factores determinantes al interior de la institución.
