In this verification it is extracted the utility of the central figure, not only as a means of responsibility, but also for the investigation and punishment of state crimes in Colombia.Desde una concepción de dogmática crítica o auténtica, se revisan las figuras de la auto ría mediata y la coautoría mediata, observando la aplicación de sus compon ntes bajo la figura de la coautoría por cadena de mando, en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en Colombia. De dicha verificación se extrae la utilidad central de la figura, no solo como fórmula de atribución de responsabilidad, sino además para la investigación y sanción de crímenes de Estado en Colombia.Desde uma concepção de dogmática crítica ou autêntica, revisan las figuras de la auto ría mediata y la coautoría mediata, observando la aplicación de sus componentes ntes bajo la figura de la coautoría por cadena de mando, en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia na Colômbia.
