This concise analysis is limited to the production stage of the grain grown under shade, a technique that has been used during a large part of the twentieth century in the Andean region, and highlights the status of women, considering their condition as collectors, sorters or tabloneras.This study has a descriptive and historical approach supported on an extensive documentary archive and secondary sources.El texto trata sobre la compleja y diversa dinámica laboral de la mujer en los sectores rural y urbano de la industria cafetalera colombiana. Es una comprensión sucinta limitada a la fase de producción del grano bajo la técnica bajo sombrío en la zona andina durante gran parte del siglo XX. Resalta la condición de la mujer a partir de su condición de recolectora, escogedora o tablonera. Se trata de un enfoque descriptivo e historicista apoyado en un extenso acervo documental y fuentes secundarias.Ce texte reconstruit la dynamique complexe et diverse du travail des femmes dans les secteurs rural et urbain de l’industrie caféière colombienne. Il s’agit d’une étude succincte limitée à la phase de production du grain sous la technique de la culture dite « sous l’ombre » dans la zone andine pendant une grande partie du XXe siècle. Il souligne la condition de la femme à partir de sa condition de cueilleuse, escogedoraou tablonera.
