In the midst of an expected (although uncertain) post-conflict, enunciated in the Peace Agreement signed between the State and the FARC in 2016, transitional justice opens a space to address not only the origin of the conflict and the dark interests that have unloaded its violence against a defenseless population, but also to listen to the voices of the victims.The work addresses the dimensions that this process must take into account based on the categories of memory and history rigorously stated from a collective memory, woven by a society that discovers that others also count. The politics of memory in the framework of a transitional justice emerge as scenarios of endowment of meaning, in constant transformation, determined by social interactions as representations of power.

En medio de un esperado (aunque incierto) posconflicto, enunciado en el Acuerdo de Paz firmado entre el Estado y las Farc en 2016, la justicia transicional abre un espacio para que se aborde no solo el origen del conflicto y los oscuros intereses que han descargado su violencia sobre una población inerme, sino también para escuchar las voces de las víctimas. El trabajo aborda las dimensiones que dicho proceso debe tener en cuenta a partir de las categorías de memoria e historia enunciadas con rigor desde una memoria colectiva, tejida por una sociedad que descubra que los otros también cuentan. Las políticas de la memoria en el marco de una justicia transicional emergen como escenarios de dotación de sentido, en constante transformación, determinadas por las interacciones sociales como representaciones de poder.Esta pesquisa busca fornecer ferramentas para compreender a importância da recuperação coletiva da história na construção de uma paz estável na Colômbia. Em meio a um pós-conflito esperado (embora incerto), enunciado no Acordo de Paz assinado entre o Estado e as FARC em 2016, a justiça de transição abre espaço para abordar não apenas a origem do conflito e os interesses obscuros que descarregaram sua violência contra uma população indefesa, mas também para ouvir as vozes das vítimas.O trabalho aborda as dimensões que esse processo deve levar em conta a partir das categorias de memória e história rigorosamente enunciadas a partir de uma memória coletiva, tecida por uma sociedade que descobre que os outros também contam.
