¿La cohesión social es hoy un problema?

En primer lugar, el escrito da cuenta del tipo de racionalidad que se instaura en los Estados modernos, en segundo lugar, aborda la concepción de ciudadanía que surge en el discurso del Estado de Bienestar y en el del Estado Social de Derecho, y, en tercer lugar, realiza una aproximación al tipo de ciudadano que empieza a surgir con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, y a las prácticas de cohesión social que comienzan a gestarse.Palabras clave: ciudadanía, soberanía, gubernamentalidad, Estado de Bienestar, cohesión social. AbstractFirstly, it gives account about the type of rationality which is installed in the modern States, secondly, it takes on citizenship’s conception that rose up from the Welfare State and in the Social State of Law, and thirdly it makes an approximation to the type of citizen who begins to emerge with the new information and communications technologies’ use, and social cohesion practices that start to grow.Key words:  Citizenship, Sovereignty, Governmental, Welfare State, Social Cohesion.
