PRESENTATION With volume 4 and the two issues of volume 5, the Revista Salud y Sociedad Uptc resumes its academic activity under the edition of the editorial and works evaluation subcommittee of the Faculty of Health Sciences, group dynamics of presentation of contents coming from some works of researchers of the faculty and its scientific support networks. These two volumes (4 and 5) have been made taking advantage of the time of confinement in pandemic by the Covid-19 since March, as an incentive to the non-presence. The Health cloisters are from home, using all the tools of the Information and Communication Technologies, urgently and probably as a change of paradigm and improvement in the didactics. A different space has been created that gives great relevance to the methodology adopted after the transformation to credits in 2004, modifying the work of teachers and students with synchronous face-to-face sessions, which have their own difficulties due to the non-public access to free internet, and changes in the way of working: nowadays, a more proactive student is observed. Professionals in training today have many more digital skills and the appropriation of knowledge is given from home and anywhere in the world. Families have also learned about biosecurity and protection against SARS-CoV2 viral infection, the reason for its severity at the pulmonary level has been studied and there is a scientific feeling of being inside a universal epidemiological laboratory, in real time. It is expected that this significant learning of minimum public health measures to mitigate the epidemic that have made students and teachers of health sciences in Boyacá and in all the regions of influence, complements by necessity, the competences in the being of the future professionals, with community and local leaderships that recover the process of health disease and that is favorable to all. |

Estos dos volúmenes ( 4 y 5) se han hecho aprovechando el tiempo de confinamiento en pandemia por la Covid-19 desde marzo, como aliciente a la no presencialidad. Los claustros de Salud se encuentran desde casa, usando todas las herramientas de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, de manera urgente y probablemente como cambio de paradigma y mejoría en la didáctica. Se ha creado un espacio diferente que pone una gran relevancia a la metodología adoptada después de la transformación a los créditos del año 2004, modificando el quehacer docente y estudiante con las sesiones presenciales sincrónicas, que tienen dificultades propias del acceso no público al internet gratuito, y cambios en el modo de trabajo: en la actualidad se observa a un estudiante más proactivo. Los profesionales en formación tienen hoy muchas más habilidades digitales y la apropiación del conocimiento se da desde casa y hacia cualquier lugar del mundo. Las familias también han aprendido de bioseguridad y protección ante la infección viral por SARS-CoV2, se ha estudiado el por qué de su severidad a nivel pulmonar y hay un sentir científico de estar dentro de un laboratorio epidemiológico universal, en tiempo real. Se espera que este aprendizaje significativo de mínimas medidas de salud pública para mitigar la epidemia que han hecho estudiantes y docentes de ciencias de la salud en Boyacá y en todas las regiones de influencia, complemente por la necesidad, las competencias en el ser de los futuros profesionales, con liderazgos comunitarios y locales que recuperen el proceso de salud enfermedad y que sea favorable a todos.INTRODUÇÃO Com o volume 4 e os dois números do volume 5, a Revista Saúde e Sociedade Uptc retoma sua atividade acadêmica sob a edição do subcomitê editorial e de avaliação de trabalhos da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde, dinâmica de grupo de apresentação de conteúdos provenientes de alguns trabalhos de pesquisadores da faculdade e de suas redes de apoio científico. Estes dois volumes (4 e 5) foram produzidos aproveitando o tempo de confinamento durante a pandemia de Covid-19 desde março, como incentivo ao não comparecimento. Os claustros de Saúde foram realizados em casa, utilizando todas as ferramentas das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, com urgência e provavelmente como uma mudança de paradigma e melhoria na didática. Foi criado um espaço diferente que dá grande relevância à metodologia adotada após a transformação para créditos em 2004, modificando o trabalho de professores e alunos com sessões presenciais síncronas, que têm suas próprias dificuldades devido ao acesso não público à Internet gratuita, e mudanças na forma de trabalhar: agora é possível observar um aluno mais proativo. Os profissionais em treinamento hoje têm muito mais habilidades digitais e a apropriação do conhecimento ocorre em casa e em qualquer lugar do mundo. As famílias também aprenderam sobre biossegurança e proteção contra a infecção viral SARS-CoV2, foram estudadas as razões de sua gravidade em nível pulmonar e há uma sensação científica de estar dentro de um laboratório epidemiológico universal, em tempo real.
