Currently, these technologies are used for the development of applications or skills, better known as Skill’s. In this sense, and referring to the Alexa Assistant, using a physical device Echo Show, from the company to which the mentioned tool belongs and articulates to health-oriented standards for the creation of electronic medical records to support health personnel. In addition, a version of the standards is going to be used by Health Level Seven (HL7), an organization dedicated to the development of health-oriented standards that will be used. In consequence, the creation of the skills is based on the JavaScript object notation (JSON) for data exchange, the module was worked under the Model-View-Controller architecture. As result, the present work shows the proposed architecture for the module of an electronicmedical record.Los Asistentes Virtuales son herramientas que permiten facilitar la interacción de los usuarios por medio del lenguaje natural; los cuales se encuentran integrados con inteligencia artificial. En la actualidad, se utilizan estas tecnologías para el desarrollo de aplicaciones o habilidades, mejor conocidas como Skill’s. En este sentido, y haciendo referencia al Asistente Alexa, empleando un dispositivo físico Echo Show, de la compañía a la que pertenece esta herramienta, en articulación con estándares orientados a la salud para la creación de expedientes médicos electrónicos para el apoyo al personal de la salud. Así también, se va a usar una versión de los estándares empleados por Health Level Seven (HL7) la cual es unaorganización dedicada al desarrollo de normas orientadas a la salud. En consecuencia, la creación de las Skills se basa en la notación de objetos de JavaScript (JSON) para el intercambio de datos, donde el módulo se trabajó bajo la arquitectura Modelo-Vista-Controlador.
