On one hand, a traditional class methodology was used with the first group, on the other hand, the second group followed the model proposed by Fundación Colombiana Gabriel Piedrahita Uribe. In order to determine the impact of this study, a quasi-experimental research has been chosen. Its results showed that the use of ICTs in fact improved the internalization of concepts of basic analogic electronics in the target population, increasing 1.4 times the possibility of learning the topic compared to the control group. This association varies in the evaluation of the subtopics, showing that in some participants the acquisition of concepts improved thanks to the use ICTs, and in others, it is shown that their use had no impact on them.Esta investigación tuvo como objeto evaluar la influencia de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, TIC, en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje de conceptos básicos de electrónica analógica en grado séptimo del Colegio Andino de Tunja. Para ello se seleccionó un grupo control y uno experimental, en los cuales se diseñó, aplicó y evaluó una unidad didáctica en electrónica básica, en el primer grupo se utilizó la metodología tradicional y en el segundo se siguió el modelo propuesto por la Fundación Colombiana Gabriel Piedrahita Uribe. Para determinar el impacto se optó por un diseño de investigación cuasiexperimental, cuyos resultados muestran que el uso de TIC mejoró la apropiación de conceptos básicos de electrónica, en la población objetivo, incrementando en 1,4 veces la posibilidad de aprender la temática con respecto al grupo control.
