The massacre of 76 people in Norway by Anders Behring Breivick, moved by hatred to Muslim immigrants and leftist activists from Europe, discovered the influence of the cyber communication and networks among radical and violent members of the extreme right. On the other side, the cyber networks played also a crucial role in the attacks of Muslim terrorism for the purpose of communication and recruitment of new terrorists. The essay shows some racist and neo-Nazi contents of pioneer web pages in United States, Spain and Latin America.Este ensayo pone de manifiesto la crucial importancia de internet en la difusión del odio racial a través de innumerables webs, de todo el espectro ideológico, que ponen en contacto a personas fanáticas y radicales de todos los rincones de la aldea global informática. La masacre asesina de 76 personas en Noruega, ejecutada por Anders Behring Breivick, llena de odio contra los inmigrantes musulmanes y contra los marxistas-izquierdistas europeos, puso de relieve el trasfondo de la comunicación informática y de las redes de fanáticos radicales y violentos de la ultraderecha. También en los execrables, más frecuentes y más graves, actos de terrorismo islámico, las redes informáticas jugaron y siguen jugando un papel fundamental de comunicación y reclutamiento de posibles terroristas.
