The conclusion was the importance of addressingthese issues in the research community in the area of finance in particular,to promote new proposals that integrate qualitative and quantitativeaspects, in keeping with the contextual needs of valued objects.La valoración de activos basados en tecnología ha venido cobrandofuerza a medida que la comunidad; especialmente las universidades seinteresan por transferir sus activos derivados de procesos de investigaciónhacia el Estado y las empresas. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentarlas principales metodologías para la valoración tecnológica.
