Summary:The following entrepreneurship project has the objective of creating a company that produces, distributes and sells desserts and snacks in the city of Cali and investigates its impact on the Caleño market and the consumption behavior of this type of products. Part of the inhabitants of the city of Cali. The tool used for data collection and to understand a little more the consumption behavior of these products, was the survey, which allowed, through open and closed questions, to be made to a sample of consumers of this product, they will throw us more detailed results and relevant information to understand, why these people consume this type of products, in what moments they consume them, how often they consume them and how much they would be willing to pay for them, what gives us a better perspective of their consumption behavior and thus achieve the satisfaction of their needs. Additionally, a market research was carried out to find out what our potential market and niche market is, to make a better market segmentation, to know what market within the city of Cali we want to reach and who will be our main consumers. And finally, a financial evaluation was carried out to measure how profitable the company is and how it’s financial behavior would be and how competitive it would be in the market
