description La presente investigación aborda la problemática del diseño de la experiencia de usuario (UX) en el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa (GenAI, por sus siglas en inglés de Generative Artificial Intelligence), desde la perspectiva de la Inteligencia Artificial Centrada en el Humano (HCAI, por sus siglas en inglés, Human- Centered Artificial Intelligence). Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura para examinar cómo los principios de HCAI pueden integrarse en el diseño de UX de estas tecnologías, con el objetivo de mejorar la interacción entre humanos y sistemas de IA. Este estudio identifica desafíos clave, como la falta de confianza, la transparencia y necesidad de abordar consideraciones éticas en el desarrollo de sistemas GenAI. Los resultados sugieren que un enfoque centrado en el humano es esencial para alinear las soluciones de IA con las necesidades y valores humanos, especialmente en contextos como la educación, donde la personalización y la adaptabilidad son críticas. A partir de esta revisión, se destacan oportunidades y retos en la aplicación de GenAI para mejorar la experiencia del usuario, subrayando la importancia de incorporar principios éticos y humanos desde las primeras etapas del desarrollo.
