Summary:The main problem is that the project is not being self-sustaining and therefore is not being viable for the founder or the children. Having children with limited resources, the goal to get ahead is to get sponsorships, that are interested in supporting the social and sports development of the children of the club; The above has not been possible due to the lack of effective communication methods that arouse the interest of the entrepreneurs to whom proposals to sponsor the club have been presented. Because of the above, the task of carrying out a marketing plan that allowed the establishment of sports marketing strategies to achieve greater income for the Santos Palmira Sports Club was established, establishing it as the leading company in sports and integral training in the city of Palmira. To carry out the plan, the current situation of the company, the city and the category was taken into account, based on this information, strategies were proposed to achieve the achievement of an objective that becomes fundamental for the company to continue offering service to the palmirana community. This objective is: the increase of the registrations of athletes by 50% for the next 6 months.
