El proyecto no aborda un problema puntual, sino que explora la posibilidad de implementar este tipo de centro en la región. Esta iniciativa es relevante, ya que busca garantizar los derechos fundamentales de los niños, fomentar la equidad social, estimular el desarrollo económico y social, y ofrecer un espacio para el crecimiento integral de la infancia. En términos de impacto, el centro contribuiría al desarrollo de una sociedad más justa y próspera, al invertir en la niñez y sentar bases sólidas para un futuro con ciudadanos comprometidos y productivos, promoviendo el progreso regional a largo plazo. Para evaluar esta viabilidad, se empleó una metodología exhaustiva que incluye la elaboración de un plan de negocios, formulación y evaluación del proyecto, análisis PESTEL, estudio de mercado, clasificación de la investigación de mercado, marketing mix, y estudios de viabilidad técnica, financiera y legal. Los resultados preliminares indican que existen condiciones favorables para la creación del centro y que se están cumpliendo los objetivos propuestos en cuanto a impacto social y económico. Este análisis sugiere que el Oriente Antioqueño representa una gran oportunidad para desarrollar este tipo de proyecto, alentando la continuación de los estudios y gestiones necesarios para su implementación exitosa.ABSTRACT: This study examines the feasibility of establishing a children’s wellness center with a holistic approach in Eastern Antioquia. Rather than addressing a specific problem, the project explores the potential to implement this type of center in the region. This initiative is significant as it aims to guarantee children’s fundamental rights, foster social equity, stimulate economic and social development, and provide a space for the comprehensive growth of children. In terms of impact, the center would contribute to building a more just and prosperous society by investing in children and laying a solid foundation for a future with committed, productive citizens, thus promoting long-term regional progress. To assess this feasibility, an exhaustive methodology was employed, including the development of a business plan, project formulation and evaluation, Porter’s Five Forces analysis, PESTEL analysis, market study, market research classification, marketing mix, and technical, financial, and legal viability studies. Preliminary results indicate that favorable conditions exist for creating the center and that the proposed social and economic objectives are being met.
