Summary: | The present investigation proposes the development of a study in which research training is used as a strategy for the strengthening of the Curriculum Pedagogical Design in the Institución Educativa Departmental de Tucurinca, Zona Bananera-Magdalena. Through action research, with a sample represented in managers and teachers, discussion groups, documentary review and direct observation were developed in three phases: diagnosis, construction and reflection. The results showed the importance of training in research as a dynamic element of the educational process; it highlights the generic apprehension of the implications of formative research both for teachers and teaching managers, as well as students who will be those who will receive in the classroom interaction the notions from each research episteme that is broken down both in the class plane and the institutional project.
