Summary: | This research was defined as a qualitative study with a focus on action research, oriented to establish the State of evaluation to the plan of improvement that is carried to out in the institution educational district Jesus merciful. For the bearing capacity theoretical is departed of them relating of the Administration scientific, especially in what regard the processing of them data with the application of three types of instruments, a tab of characterization and a group of discussion. Characterization tab approached the rector of the institution in order to diagnose the status of the plan of institutional improvement applied to the College. As for the discussion group this was applied to the parents, students and teachers; the development of the discussion groups allowed to respond to the objectives of the research, as well as complementing diagnosed of the institution with regard to the design, planning, organization and assessment to improvement plan. The results showed to the plan of improvement is met in the life every day of the school, but that is required a greater participation of them parents of family and of them students in his knowledge and elaboration. |
