Description
Summary:The reparation of the victims of the Colombian armed conflict is an inexorable obligation of the State, holder of the international duty of guarantees, protection and respect for human rights. The State has opted for transitional justice mechanisms to deal with a context of serious and massive violations of international human rights norms and violations of international humanitarian law. With regard to the restoration of the rights of children and adolescents immersed in the armed conflict of the Montes de María, the State has the obligation to repair them towards Peace and Democracy, the fundamental thing:  First, the ideal of comprehensive reparation was analyzed taking into account that violations committed in the context of an armed conflict are usually irreparable  Second, that it is never intended to bring economic compensation only for the damages caused to children and adolescents immersed in this conflict, but that the reinforcement components of all the rights such as: Restitution, satisfaction, rehabilitation and guarantee of not repetition for like this, to have a better quality of life.  Third: The number of children and adolescents immersed in the armed conflict of the Montes de Maria, was a more than worthy issue to carry out this study in a conscious manner and perhaps proclaiming a flexibility for their lives in the search for peace and the coexistence of these actors who disappear in a systematic way by charm and under the silent mantle of the State. That is why we only ask for these young people, protection of the State through public policies that are beneficial to face with moral solvency the post-conflict and emerge victorious.
