Análisis de la violencia intrafamiliar física contra la mujer para la sistematización de aspectos legales adoptados en Colombia

In the present investigation, a qualitative field study is carried out whose purpose is to analyze physical intra-family violence against women for the systematization of legal aspects adopted in Colombia, Case: Santa Rosa Sector of the municipality of Sabanalarga - Atlántico between the periods 2018–2019. The specific objectives set out in the research are as follows: 1. Identify the types of physical intra-family violence experienced by women 2. Point out the causes and consequences of physical intra-family violence against women- 3. Propose the systematization of legal aspects adopted in Colombia to support the prevention of physical intrafamily violence against women in the Barrio Santa Rosa in the municipality of Sabanalarga in the Department of Atlántico. The methodology is of a socio-legal type, using hermeneutics, using as a data collection instrument, the semi-structured interview, direct observation in the social environment, as well as legal documents that enrich the project whose contributions are in both theoretical and theoretical order. legal. The sample is made up of ten women who have been victims of physical abuse. It is expected to analyze the data obtained from the causes and consequences of physical violence in women to finally conclude on the general results of the study.
