description	The present researching developed was created based in the methology propertly qualitative, about took into account the elaboration of interviews semistructured that had like objetive the analysis of factors of riks that motivate the teenage to commit the crime of stoling in the town of Sabanalarga Atlántico. For the previous, was identified the stoling as type penal of major commition by part of the cupables teens. Got it determine that the teen delinquency is a problem that affect the family, the society, and the state, the which are coresposibles at the time of the comition of conducts punishable by teenagers, in special stoling, the which make the troubles relacioned with the family like the major determination, including inside them the step of rising , the family destruction and the family size. Besides of the socials relationship, meant in the habitat inadecuate and, the consum of psicoactives substances considered by the fact of that the participants are active customers, and the school eduucation considering the subjects interviewed have abandoned their studies.

Besides of the socials relationship, meant in the habitat inadecuate and, the consum of psicoactives substances considered by the fact of that the participants are active customers, and the school eduucation considering the subjects interviewed have abandoned their studies.La presente investigación desarrollada se elaboró en base en la metodólogia propiamente cualitativa, de la que se tuvo en cuenta la elaboración de entrevistas semiestructuradas que dieron como resultado el análisis los factores de riesgo que motivan al adolescente a cometer el delito de hurto en el municipio de Sabanalarga Atlántico. Para lo anterior, se identicó al Hurto como tipo penal de mayor comisión por parte de los menores infractores. Se logró determinar que la delincuencia juvenil es un problema que atañe a la familia, a la sociedad y al estado, los cuales son corresponsables a la hora de la comsion de conductas punlibles por adolescentes, en especial hurto, de lo cual se sintetiza a los problemas relacionados con la familia como los de mayor determinación, incluyendo dentro de ellos las pautas de crianza, la destructuracion familiar, y el tamaño familiar.
