Summary: | This research work aims to analyze the state of coexistence and the school climate of the Pinar del Río Educational Institution of the District of Barranquilla, school coexistence is based on the way we relate to the school and the way it is done. Simultaneously in various contexts that are interrelated. The ecological theory of the systems of Bronfenbrenner (1987), which consists of an environmental approach on the development of the individual through the different natural contexts in which it develops and that influence the change and its cognitive, moral and relational development. The present study have a Rationalist-deductive epistemological approach, with a mixed design, a complementary paradigm, guided by the deductive method and a methodological approach of qualitative-quantitative order, the instrument used was the survey applied with a sample of 184 students from grades 6 (sixth) to 11 (eleven) of secondary and middle school in ages 10 to 17 years of male and female, focal groups with a group of 6 parents and 9 teachers. The results of this research determine that students have a good perception of school life and present an adequate school climate |
