Summary: | This research was carried out under the approach of the question: What is the protection of the child in a state of gravity during schooling and its effects on student dropout? Whose work resulted in the evaluation regarding the orientation of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (I.C.B.F.), to try to resolve the conflict over teenage pregnancies and its subsequent consequences on student drop-out? For the development of this research, a socio-legal work was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, aimed at collecting comprehensive information on the concepts, specifying important characteristics and features that are related to the objective of the same through the method of deductive research, based on a general scope to reach the particular. For this purpose, primary and secondary sources such as interviews, surveys, sentences, newspapers and doctrinal concepts were used. According to the results obtained in the population sample of the study, it is clearly evidenced that despite the measures adopted by the I.C.B.F. to combat pregnancy in adolescents, in theory they are efficient but in practice it takes a lot to condition a behavior according to reality, given that too much guidance is needed from home so that the measures are harmless to the situation, which is why which, without fear of mistakes, we can affirm that although the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) complies with all established protocols to stop the progressive advancement of teenage pregnancies and, of course, student dropout, other public policies must be implemented that help to dissipate this very fashionable social problem in our youths. |
