Efectos de la declaratoria de ilegalidad de la huelga de pilotos de Avianca S.A. frente a tratados internacionales ratificados en Colombia

The important of the strike as a fundamental right in Colombia is a controversial topic because always stay in judgement, it is a right with good regulation in Colombia but always is in discussion his correct declaration by the union organizations and the resolution of collective conflicts for the competitive judgement authorithy, this made in the most of the cases a bad resolution for the conflicts and for that a group of rights for the workers has violated. In the case of the AVIANCA S.A. pilots strike has many actions and omissions of the international complementary legislation for the strike made by the competitive judgement authority and this is the principal reason of this investigation, trying to found an answer for the omission of the international legislation when was necessary for the case.
