Diseño de un modelo de negocio de servicios para soluciones de eficiencia energética: caso Horus Smart Energ

MCA Systems is a technology-based company that offers IoT energy efficiency, management and monitoring solutions for the hotel and educational market and has designed an innovative business model for its Horus Smart Energy solution, seeking to increase its accessibility and adaptability for key sectors such as hotel and educational. This model, based on the Energy Services Company (ESCO) scheme, seeks to eliminate the barrier of initial investment by offering the solution as a service. The analysis carried out in this work demonstrates how this approach allows overcoming the client's limitations, evidenced in studies such as the empathy map and surveys; The model seeks to enhance the company's value proposition, improving profitability and consolidating its leadership in the energy efficiency market in Colombia, with a view to expanding internationally.
