Description
Summary:The project's general objective is to design and implement a consulting outsourcing model aligned with PMI guidelines, which optimizes project management processes, improves operational efficiency and guarantees high-quality results. To achieve this objective, a hybrid methodology is used that combines the agile approaches of Lean Startup with the standards established by PMI. Lean Startup focuses on the rapid creation of products through iterations and continuous validation of hypot heses, allowing flexibility and adaptability to changes in the business environment. On the other hand, PMI provides a formal and detailed structure for project management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality. This hybrid approach favors both detailed planning and the ability to respond quickly to changes, integrating innovation and continuous improvement, without losing control over project objectives and results. As for the conclusions, the proposed model stands out for its ability to strategically align outsourcing operations with the needs of organizations, solving common problems such as lack of alignment and risk management. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of effective communication, strategic planning and adaptability in a competitive business environment. This model is applicable to companies of various sectors and sizes, promoting more productive working relationships and offering an innovative solution to improve the management of outsourced projects.
