Summary:The importance of the TLC does not deserve discussion. If it is agreed in equality conditions and assuming bilateral responsibility, it is possible th at the agreement turns out to be an injection of economic and social benefits for the Colombian people. Nevertheless, since the unknown thing happens first of all, reservations and fears exist. You reserve, for thinking that it is not negotiated in the ide al conditions and, fears, because there exist precedents to whom, the United States, they are very good to demand fulfillments of the agreements that he signs, but extremely limited in the application of the same postulates to its origins. In this document it is analyzed from diverse perspectives, the TLC and its possible consequences are discussed, gathering worries of diverse fronts of the economy, of the politics and of the national press, in order to express conclusions founded on real facts. Conclusion s that, since it turns out to be easy to see, are not the most pleasing for the Colombian country
