Summary: | "The present investigative work was carried out in the municipality of Sevilla-Zona Bananera, in the IED José Benito Vives de Andreis, and its main purpose is to characterize the process of evaluation of learning carried out by teachers of the fifth grade of primary school, with the encouragement that this research can become a basic input for the preparation of a proposal for monitoring and improving the evaluation in the educational institution; The process was conceived under the concept of Qualitative Research, supported by a Hermeneutical paradigm. Research instruments such as the survey, the interview and direct observation were applied to the teachers participating in the process, yielding as a research result the need to start with an improvement plan in the evaluation processes of the institution." |
