Summary:This research aims to: Design a strategic management proposal that, based on organizational communication, contributes to the strengthening of the management processes of educational institutions; For this, various national and international studies, theories and research were used; Regarding the methodological framework, the study is of a mixed nature and the Leña Educational Institution, located in the department of Atlántico, municipality of Candelaria, specifically in the village of Leña, was taken as the empirical context, where it works with teachers and managers. . The collection of information was done through techniques such as content analysis and interview. Among the main results, they highlight that communication represents a key variable that dynamizes the performance profiles of the educational mánager, therefore, it must be strengthened from the implementation of management strategies. It is concluded that it is necessary to implement the proposal resulting from the research called: Organizational communication strategy for the strengthening of managerial management "Una escuela para todos".
