| Summary: | Sublime Space, a home decor company, faces challenges with manual inventory control, which has led to operational errors, financial losses, and low customer service efficiency. This applied research aimed to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to support inventory management through a digital tool that automates key processes. By analyzing the current process and identifying critical pain points, a functional prototype was designed to simulate an inventory control system. This system allows for product registration, stock updates, and real-time report visualization. The validation of the prototype demonstrated its effectiveness in minimizing human errors, reducing losses from stock shortages, and improving overall sales process efficiency. It is clear that implementing this tool in the future will lead to a significant improvement in Sublime Space's operational efficiency. This success story could also become a benchmark for other small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the industry. |
