El abuso sexual infantil con el paso de los años se ha convertido en un asunto muy cuestionable, ya que muchos niños y niñas continúan siendo abusados sexualmente en sus familias y en el contexto escolar en niveles alarmantes, incrementando así los abusos a los que son sometidos diariamente los menores. El abuso Sexual Infantil es una problemática de salud pública que tiene un alto impacto a nivel global por sus elevados índices en victimas menores de edad. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir los factores de riesgo en el contexto familiar y escolar asociados al menor en casos de abuso sexual infantil; para ello se utilizó una metodología de tipo cualitativa a través de un diseño de revisión sistemática. Este estudio analizó diversos factores en los contextos familiar y escolar, logrando así tener conocimiento de cuáles son los riesgos, encontrándose el consumo del alcohol y drogas por parte de los padres, inseguridad por parte de escuelas y docentes, muerte de alguno de los padres y poca prevención y promoción en los centros educativos. Se ha logrado evidenciar que al momento del menor ser abusado en el contexto familiar y escolar se destacan algunos factores que son los que desencadenan estos hechos, corroborando que el menor en muchas circunstancias se somete a peligro cuando se encuentra con su familia o en el centro educativo. |

El abuso Sexual Infantil es una problemática de salud pública que tiene un alto impacto a nivel global por sus elevados índices en victimas menores de edad. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir los factores de riesgo en el contexto familiar y escolar asociados al menor en casos de abuso sexual infantil; para ello se utilizó una metodología de tipo cualitativa a través de un diseño de revisión sistemática. Este estudio analizó diversos factores en los contextos familiar y escolar, logrando así tener conocimiento de cuáles son los riesgos, encontrándose el consumo del alcohol y drogas por parte de los padres, inseguridad por parte de escuelas y docentes, muerte de alguno de los padres y poca prevención y promoción en los centros educativos. Se ha logrado evidenciar que al momento del menor ser abusado en el contexto familiar y escolar se destacan algunos factores que son los que desencadenan estos hechos, corroborando que el menor en muchas circunstancias se somete a peligro cuando se encuentra con su familia o en el centro educativo.Child sexual abuse over the years has become a highly questionable issue, since many boys and girls continue to be sexually abused in their families and in the school context at alarming levels, thus increasing the abuse to which they are subjected. minors daily.
