Summary:The following research work aims to evaluate the educational practice "School Agents" in strengthening school coexistence, through the use of MASC "mediation" and citizen competencies, which has been developing the IED the Campito for three years, the Research is oriented with a qualitative approach, with an approach based on ethnographic research and following the stages of the Respondent evaluation model by Robert Stake. Considering the type of methodological design, a fieldwork was carried out that, from the perception and conceptualization of its own actors, provided the necessary information to characterize it, through participant observation, interviews and focus groups; prior to this, a documentary analysis of the official objective feedback reports was carried out. In the first findings it was observed that the strategy is part of an institutional culture in the afternoon session where the elementary school students are who lead the mediation process. Among the conclusions we can highlight the need for the educational community to implement the strategy at all levels of the institution due to the changes in students' perception of school coexistence.
