Para dar respuesta a la pregunta, el escrito establece diferencias conceptuales entre movilidad, transporte, tránsito, libertad de locomoción y movilidad para luego diferenciar la movilidad urbana sostenible (MUS), y con base en esas claridades conceptuales, analiza la información recolectada de la Empresa Metro de Medellín sobre su modelo de MUS. Para el desarrollo del ejercicio se empleó el método de enseñanza y aprendizaje clínico del derecho acompañado de lineamientos propios de la investigación cualitativa con recolección de información mediante derechos de petición.
