description En la presente consultoría se creó un instrumento que pretende evaluar el Clima Organizacional dentro de los cuales se involucran diferentes factores de riesgo. Está diseñado específicamente para colaboradores de Soluciones Globales S.A.S. mayores de 18 años que lleven mínimo 3 meses de antigüedad en la Organización. Para ello, se creó un instrumento conformado por 60 ítems en total, distribuidos en 6 variables, con 10 preguntas cada una. Se realizó el proceso de validación de constructo, así como se sacó el alfa de Cronbach para obtener una confiabilidad inicial del instrumento. Por último, se construyó un manual para poder ser aplicado y que recogiera los estadísticos de la prueba. Se espera que se siga trabajando en el instrumento con el fin de tener una muestra más grande y seguir fortaleciendo los constructos evaluados
