Para una compañía es pieza fundamental la clasificación de sus asociados de negocio, ya que son el sustento del cual se pueden obtener las materias primas para las operaciones y cumplimento a sus clientes, por ello es necesario contar con un sistema que garantice la calificación de cada uno de ellos basada en su calidad y cumplimiento. El análisis se enfoca en resolver el siguiente problema: El método utilizado actualmente por la compañía para la evaluación de proveedores esta basados en la subjetividad de los usuarios quienes ejecutan la evaluación de manera manual sin manejar una estandarización basada en los criterios para cada grupo de compra lo que puede generar sesgos, errores o deviaciones en el momento de su ejecución dado que se realiza en diferentes bases de datos. A la fecha Proenfar cuenta con 330 proveedores activos de los cuales únicamente se califican 65 por el sistema y los demás se califican manualmente, dado lo anterior podemos evidenciar que esto es un problema a mejora para la compañía ya que la clasificación de los proveedores es una herramienta fundamental para la cadena de suministro. ¿Cómo se puede estandarizar y generar la evaluación de proveedores de manera automática? |

For a company, the classification of its business associates is a fundamental piece, since they are the basis from which raw materials can be obtained for operations and compliance to its clients, which is why it is necessary to have a system that guarantees the qualification of each of them based on their quality and compliance. The analysis focuses on solving the following problem: The method currently used by the company for evaluating suppliers is based on the subjectivity of the users who execute the evaluation manually without managing a standardization based on the criteria for each purchasing group, which can generate biases, errors or deviations at the time of its execution given that it is carried out in different databases.
