Bogotá is currently a city that looks to the future, generating plans for renewal and evolution for its potential competitiveness, but over-urbanization and poor planning, led the economies to establish themselves in the rural perimeters of the city, focusing on a retroactive economy of industry and services that raise the percentage of employment, but instead saturate the connection and mobility of the city starting in two economic sectors and changing the use of land to the income of the city. The generational country has had serious problems in terms of management of services, industry, risk and the environment, because innumerable errors of land uses encourage the dissociation of economies, the partial plan project, diaphragm of services and environmental management in Western Savannah intends to focus these economies and strengthen them
