Description
Summary:This project presents a proposal of indicators to measure the management of organizations in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) within a specific process, identified according to the risk map as the most important in the chain of processes. A methodology divided into four stages is presented, establishing first the context of the organization and the initial diagnosis of the applied standards, followed by the identification of the critical and control points in the analyzed processes, establishment of controls and improvement actions which are required to deal with the findings found and finally the management indicators that will allow monitoring the applicability of BPM standards in the cosmetics industry. For the stages described in the methodology, several tools were implemented that allowed us to achieve the objectives in each process.
